1. You agree to the Jeeves Vacation Rentals booking terms and conditions set out by Jeeves Vacation Rentals LLC (www.jeevesvacationrentals.com).

2. When we receive an enquiry we will contact you to check availability.

3. Please make sure that the price you have set includes our 15% commision and also Includes Tax.

4. You agree to keep your villa available for the period of the booking.

5. Once Jeeves Vacation Rentals LLC, receives the booking deposit, we will confirm the booking details with you.

6. The sites booking procedure requires the customer to pay a £200 or 20% deposit, whichever is greater, to secure the booking. The villa owner agrees that 15% of the Agreed Rental Rate plus any PayPal or Credit Card charges will be retained by Jeeves Vacation Rentals LLC.

7. Jeeves Vacation Rentals shall collect all monies and send out Access details & Directions. The Owner should provide this Information to Jeeves Vacation Rentals immediatly upon receipt of final balance payment.

8. The security deposit of $300 will be held by Jeeves Vacation Rentals. Owners requesting the security deposit to be held due to damage caused to their home must provide photographic evidence and a full report from your Management Company within 48hrs of departure date.

9. Once payment has been received, and a confirmation e-mail has been sent to the customer by Jeeves Vacation Rentals, it will remain the sole responsibility of the villa owner to enforce their own cancellation terms and conditions for the balance payment of the booking.

10. Ensure that your properties are kept in a clean and tidy condition, and regular pest control is carried out on your property

11. Jeeves Vacation Rentals reserves the right to remove any listing found to contain false information.

12. Jeeves Vacation Rentals reserves the right to remove any listing where complaints have been received regarding the maintenance/condition of the home.

13. After accepting the agreement of a Reservation the home owners are responsible to return all deposit Payments in Full to the Renter If they sell their Vacation home, Jeeves Vacation Rentals will not be held responsible for returning there commission from a Payment.

14. Where the booking is taken within 8 weeks of travel the booking will be paid in full to Jeeves Vacation Rentals. Once the money is received and cleared in our bank account, we will deduct 15% commission plus any paypal/credit card charges.

15. If full Payment has been made we will deduct 15% Commission and then forward the Remainder to you the Home Owner once Payment has been Cleared by our Bank

16. Warrant and accept that the information with regard to the property listed is accurate.

17. Bookings for your property and therefore the Agreed Rental rates are subject to the Jeeves Vacation Rentals Season Table and the associated Season and Dates therein. You can view the Season Table by clicking here.

19. Jeeves Vacation Rentals grants a limited licenses to access the Owner Admin Section of the jeevesvacationrentals website This Owner Admin Section is for the Owners personal use for the purpose of managing updates to text and images associated with their property listing.
The Owner agrees not to distribute, transmit, duplicate, present, perform, reproduce, issue, licenses, create derivatives works from, transfer or sell any information from the website without prior written consent from Jeeves Vacation Rentals.

20. The Owner agrees not to disclose to any third party the access username and/or password to the Owner Admin Section.

21. The Jeeves Vacation Rentals website, wwww.jeevesvacationrentals.com, functions, hyptertext links, and any other information/links made available on or accessed through the site, is provided as is, and without warranties of any kin, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, and of fitness for a particular purpose.
