Our Beautiful Detached air conditioned Home has a Pool and Separate 36 Jet Thereapeutic Hot Tub overlooking a Lake. It has 4 Bedrooms - 2 with en-suite facilities plus 2 Twin Bedrooms that share a 3rd full Bathroom.  It has 2 separate living areas, a separate Laundry Room and a large Games Room.  It is situated on the prestigious Gated Community of Cumbrian Lakes. It is Peacefull and natural surrounded by Lakes and Wildlife yet is just  a short 5 minutes drive to the famous Highway 192 for Disney, Shopping, Restaurants, Kissimee Old Town, Adventure Golf, the new Fun Spot. Medieval Times, Boat Rides and much more.<>

The Master Bedroom is furnished to a high standard and has doors opening out onto the extended Pool Area overlooking the Lake. It  has TV, DVD, Alarm Clock Radio and a Telephone with Answereing Machine. It has a large en-suite Bathroom with Large Bath Tub, Fitted Vanity Unit with his and her Double Sinks, large step in Shower and separate Toilet.<>

The second Master Bedroom has TV, DVD and Alarm Clock Radio. It has it's own en-suite Bathroom with a Bath,  Shower,  Vanity Unit, Sink & Toilet. <>

There are 2 further Twin Bedrooms. Both these Bedrooms share a 3rd full Bathroom.<>

All the Bedrooms have Cable TV and either DVD or VCR - They all have Ceiling Fans<>

All the Bathrooms have Hairdryers & all the bedlinen and towels including beach towels are provided. <>

We have  a Telephone in the Kitchen and a Telephone with Answering Machine in the Master Bedroom. With these you can phone locally free of charge. For International and mobile calls you can buy a phone card for use with our phone. We find the best one is from any 7/11 store where you can buy a phone card to use with our phone for 23 dollars including tax. With this you get 9 hours of talk time to all National, and International numbers along with Mobile Numbers. <>

We have 2 separate Lounges. The front formal Lounge is comfortably furnished and has 2 Reclyning Sofas. It has Widescreen Cable TV and DVD. It also has an X BOX with several games to keep the children happy. <>

The Family Room with vaulted ceiling has lovely views overlooking the Lake. It has Patio Doors opening onto the Pool Area. It is tastefully furnished and has cable TV, VCR/DVD combi and HI FI. We have a selection  DVD and Video films along with several Board Games and Books to suit all the family.<>

The Fully Fitted Kitchen has a Cooker, Over Range Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer with Icemaker, Coffee Maker, Kettle Toaster etc. <>

We have a completely Separate Laundry Room which houses  a Washer, Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board and Vacum Cleaner. <>

Our Large Games Room Has a - Pool Table  -  Foosball  -  Air Hockey  -  Electronic Darts - 2 Adult Bikes and a Small Child's 3 Wheeler Bike. It is comfortably furnished with 2 Settees & Side Tables. <>

Our extended 32ft Pool and 36 Jet Therapeutic Hot Tub is overlooking a Lake. It is a wonderful place to relax at the end of a busy day. The Hot Tub is heated all the time FREE OF CHARGE - allowing you to enjoy it any time of the day or night. The Pool can be heated at an extra charge of £80 per week. There are 4 Sunloungers, side tables. We have an outdoor Dining Table and Chairs under the covered Lanai allowing you to dine comfortably outdoors sheltered from the sun.
