Welcome to the shiers at the manors, north westridge, florida. the shires is situated on gated community with a clubhouse, and community pool. our beutifull villa sleeps 2-10 people and a baby. it has 4 bedrooms, 1 ensuite master, and 1 large family bathroom. this private well looked after villa has a large open plan family grand room, which has large sofas to relax on. we have large tv,s with free cable dvd / VCR and a portable cd player free to use.

our luxuriously furnished villa is fully air-conditioned to keep you cool in the florida heat.

Patio doors lead you to our beautiful south facing private pool area (all doors to the pool are alarmed for safety of young guest) The covered lanai and extended is south facing. This beautiful private pool area is equipped with all new Pool furniture and backs onto a private walled garden. The pool can be floodlit for you to swim in comfort at night and heated at a extra cost , It slopes from 3ft to 6ft with steps leading into it at two points. Seating areas at both ends of the pool make it easy to enter.

The fully equipped kitchen has cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and all you need to cater for up to 8 people. We also have a breakfast bar for two so you do not miss out on those holiday chats. The nook has a formal dining table and chairs for six people. We also have a free highchair for young guest to use.


A washer and dryer are situated in the utility room with an Iron and ironing board which are free to use.


The Villa boasts a large games room designed by our children for yours to enjoy with full size snooker table and ice hockey , Xboxes and TV /DVD and lots more. Your children will not want to leave the Villa .

Fit for a king the master ensuite room is next to the pool and has a large double bed, an en-suite with a large shower, WC and Vanity unit(a door from the en-suite leads to the pool area which is alarmed for safety of young guest), a walk-in closet and an additional cable TV.

This Villa is suitable for two families and has a second double bedroom at the front of the house , with Cable TV and lots of privacy from the rest of the house A large jack and Jill family bathroom with bath, shower vanity unit and W.C.can be entered from the second double bedroom and twin rooms The two twin rooms have lots of space. One is a Disney room with cars bedding for the little ones to enjoy ,

This villa can sleep up to 8 people and baby. A new cot and highchair have been provided free to use.
