Our luxurious and extremely spacious villa is located in the prestigious development of Sunrise Lakes on Highway 27 to the west of the Disney Complex. It is just 15 minutes drive to Disney on a good day. Set amongst the orange groves and rolling hills of Highway 27 just north of Highway 192 you are just minutes from shops restaurants and the main routes of Interstate 4 and the 192.  This beautifully landscaped community has a play area and a large communal pool. These are available for guests to use free of charge. There are some excellent shops within a short driving distance (turn left out of Sunrise Lakes) with a selection of take-aways (pizza, Chinese, Indian and Japanese...), small shops and a Publix supermarket with a fantastic choice of products. Prices are generally lower than in the UK. There is also a British style pub just past the I4 where all British and European sporting events are televised live.

The villa has 4 large bedrooms and along with the sofa in the lounge which can convert to a double bed provides sleeping accommodation for 10.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher plus an extensive range of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils and there is a breakfast area with four chairs and a high chair. The dining room is separate with formal seating for six.

There are two lounges. The main lounge is equipped with cable TV, X-Box, Video, DVD, CD and radio, all with surround sound. There are several books, magazines and tapes for your use. It is well furnished with seating for six with comfortable L shapes settees and an arm chair. The room is fully air conditioned with an additional ceiling fan.

There is a separate quiet lounge with pull out double bed. This has comfortable seating for six with two settees.

The Master Bedroom is bright & well furnished with a king size bed and walk-in wardrobe. There is a TV and phone in the room. The bedroom has its own luxury en-suite bathroom with bath, walk in shower, wc, twin sinks and hair drier.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and TV and bedrooms 3 & 4 both have twin single beds and ample wardrobe space plus a TV.

There is a games room in the large double garage where you will find a full size pool table, table football (fussball) and also an electronic dart board

The pool is at the rear of the villa. The pool is screened and heated and slopes gently from 1m to 1.75m. It is a large pool with ample room around for sunbathing. The pool is south facing and provides a sunny aspect from early morning until early evening. There is a good selection of pool side furniture including dining table and chairs. There is also a fully retractable safety fence for children's safety.
