Fully air conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in the lounge and both master bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 (Master) - King size bed, En-Suite bath/shower room, TV, Hair dryer, Walk in wardrobe with a Floor safe and patio doors leading to pool area. Phone(Free Local Calls),

Bedroom 2 (Master also) - King size bed, En-Suite bath/shower room, TV, Hair dryer and Walk in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 & 4 - Both have Twin beds with walk in wardrobes. Shared 3rd Family Bath/Shower room.

The bedroom layout makes it ideal for 2 families or for having the grandparents along.

The Lounge area is spacious with a TV, DVD, Video, Stereo, Window overlooking pool and patio doors leading to the lanai/pool area.

It has its Own south facing screened pool (24ftx13ft, 3 to 5 feet deep) with extended deck area (Table, 4 chairs, 3 loungers) for those relaxing days sunbathing or a quiet drink in the evening after a long day at the parks! And don't forget the lovely lake view, watching for the local wildlife. Pool heating available for an additional charge.

The fully fitted kitchen has everything you could need should you wish to eat in, and has a washroom with separate washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. Phone(Free Local Calls),

The villa is on the quiet development of Eagle Pointe. This is just off the main 192 along Poinciana Boulevard, so if you don't fancy eating in then you wont have far to go to find an excellent selection of restaurants. All this, together with the fact we are only 10 mins from the gates of Disney and 5 mins from Walmart, makes it an ideal location.
