Silver Creek Villa is a South Facing 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa which can comfortably sleep 10.

A delightful community conveniently situated of Highway 27 and 1 ½ miles from Highway 192, only 10 minutes from Disney gates. There is a shopping plaza located at the entrance to the community which includes a supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy dentist, petrol station, dry cleaners, hairdresser and pizza takeaway who also deliver free. There is also a walk in Medical Centre approximately 3 miles away.

Oversized pool with fly screen, perfect for relaxing in between those hectic times at the theme parks. Pool heating is optional. The Jacuzzi is great fun for both kids and adults alike, pool heat is required if you are going to use this feature.

Master Bedroom 1 is to the rear of the villa backing onto the pool area. It has a King size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, Roman style bath, toilet. Walk in closet and a cot if required. Ceiling fan. Door leading to sun deck and private pool. Sleeps 2 (plus baby if appropriate). Cable TV.

Master Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a Double size bed with en-suite shower and toilet, walk in closets. Ceiling fan. Cable TV. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom 3 has two single beds with walk in closets. Ceiling fan. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom 4 includes bunk beds x 2. Sleeps 4

There is a 3rd bathroom with bath, shower, vanity unit and toilet.

The kitchen holds all modern facilities including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, waste disposal, cooker, large fridge freezer, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and toaster. Breakfast bar with 2 stools. There is also a Laundry Room with washing machine, tumble dryer and complete ironing facilities


In the family room there is a colour TV with cable TV. 2 seater plus 3 seater leather sofa and coffee table. A patio door leads out onto the lanai, sun deck pool and Jacuzzi. Ceiling fan. Telephone (local calls are free, any other calls can be made with a credit card or prepaid phone card – available in most local stores)

The Open plan living / dining area has a stereo CD/radio system, two-seater sofa, coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs.

The villa also has a Games room with a pool table and table tennis.

We provide all bed linen, towels (not for beach use), tea towels and a hairdryer for your convenience. We also recommend buying toiletries etc upon arrival in Florida as they are much cheaper (as most things are!).
