Luxury Accommodation

The villa is single storey, luxurious and spacious. Fully carpeted and air conditioned, it has three bedrooms. The master bedroom with queen size bed has its own luxury bathroom with shower, roman tub and double vanity unit. Two further bedrooms, one with queen size bed one, with twin beds share a second bathroom. The living accommodation provides sitting room, dining room and a very large family room, combined with a fitted kitchen and breakfast area. A sofa bed in the family room converts to a queen size bed for the occasions when more than six people occupy the villa. A separate utility room has a large washer and a tumble dryer available for guest’s use. From the utility there is access to the large double garage.

As the villa is our own holiday home from home we have furnished it to create a truly fabulous American atmosphere. Unlike most holiday lets which are furnished with rental in mind, we have chosen luxurious and comfortable furniture and beds to make our own and our guest’s stay in Florida as special as possible.

Heated Swimming Pool

A covered “lanai” area provides shade from the sun and leads to the terrace around the 30”x15” freeform heated pool with Roman steps for easy safe access. A mesh screen structure around the pool prevents insects from coming in so you can sit out even after dark without being bitten.


Fully Managed
The pool and garden are maintained by our British owned management company who are also available to guests for help and advice. The villa is fully cleaned before your arrival.


Fully Equipped

We provide the necessary bed linen and towels, except beach towels and the villa is fully equipped with iron, ironing board and hairdryer. In the kitchen there is a large American range, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Small items such as coffee maker, toaster and kettle are all provided. Telephone is installed with free local calls and a security system and smoke alarm system throughout the house are fitted for your peace of mind. Television is provided in the family room with cable HDTV and video/DVD player.

Eating Out

Everything you could want in the way of restaurants is available within 5 to 15 minutes reach from fast food to excellent Italian and all at incredible prices. We find we eat at home more than expected. It’s so easy cooking and eating at home around the pool late into the evening, glass of wine in hand, whip-poor-wills calling in the trees…….need we go on?!


Night Life

Once again more than could possibly fit into a single holiday is within 30 minutes of home. There is something for everyone from Arabian Nights to the Dixie Stampede, Disney’s Pleasure Island (which finishes every evening with a spectacular fireworks display) and West Side, the Universal Citywalk clubs and cinema multiplex, all the way to theatre and even Opera.
