The Master Bedroom is en-suite with a large walk in shower and a corner bath. There is also a large walk in closet which also includes a Safe for keeping your personal belongings. This room has a ceiling fan fitted.There is a cordless digital telephone in this room.

The second bedroom is also a double bedroom. There is a queen bed. This room is extremely light and looks onto the front of the property. There is radio alarm, tv and a playstation 2 console.

The third bedroom is a double with queensize bed. There is a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. This room also has radio alarm, Satelite tv and a playstation 2 console.

The fourth bedroom is a twin bedroom with two single beds. There is a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. This room has multi channel cable tv, radio alarm and a playstation 2 console.

The Kitchen, with a seperate dining area, has everything you could possibly need. There is a huge American Fridge Freezer, Waste Disposal, Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Baking Facilities and much more.

There is a separate Laundry Room which houses an industrial sized washing machine and tumble drier.
An ironing board,iron and laundry basket are suppliedas well as towels and spare bedding. 

The formal dining room looks out to the front of the villa. This is tastefully decorated and is excellent for that extra-special meal.

The second bathroom has a back door which leads to the pool. It has a bath and shower. As in the other bathroom all the towels are supplied along with Hairdryers.

The double garage has a TV set (limited channels) and a Patio Set for using out the front of the villa. There are games supplied and also the pool toys are kept in here.
