Our privately owned, luxury air-conditioned four bedroom/two bathroom villa can accommodate up to 10 people. It is located on a quiet residential estate just 15 minutes from the Disney World main entrance and close to all the major attractions.
The villa has its own private, screened 24’ swimming pool with a large, fully equipped bathing area and under cover patio area/ For most of the year the sun provides sufficient warmth to the water, but pool heating is available as a chargeable optional extra.
The accommodation consists of two large double bedrooms and two large twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has patio doors leading to the pool area, full en-suite facilities, a large walk-in wardrobe and its own TV set. A sofa-bed is also available in the lounge.

The villa is located on a new residential estate known as Indian Point. Indian Point is situated off Ponciana Boulevard just 3.5 miles south of the US 192 in Kissimmee. The development is adjacent to a conservation area and has communal recreation facilities including a pool, tennis courts and a children's play area.
