 Luxurious, spacious and beautifully furnished with south facing pool & spa, the spa is heated by gas so its hotter than electric, the extended pool area is 50% larger than most with two eating areas with one under the shade. Water features and outside lighting make a perfect relaxing environment. When you come back from an exciting day relax in the spa to take all your aches away. The private pool is great for young and old.

The family room gives access to the pool and spa area and is furnished with comfortable sofas and home entertainment system. Cable TV with over 300 channels including live premiership football matches.

 There is a formal dining room and sitting room which has an area to relax in after your meal. We have a profesional pool table in the house with leather sofas for comfort so no going to the garage to enjoy a game.

Breakfast nook and breakfast bar are situated in the open plan kitchen area, appliances include - dishwasher, microwave, electric oven & hob, fridge freezer with ice and filtered water dispenser, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery/glassware/cutlery for all occasions.
