The air conditioned villa, overlooking a conservation area, is finished to an extraordinarily high standard with every conceivable extra to make your holiday a truly memorable experience. It measures 3,400 square feet in total giving space and luxury to spread out. The villa is only 10 minutes from the Disney Resort Gates and has more than 30 golf courses within half an hour or less. You are also around 45 minutes to an hour from either of the coasts making this a fantastic location – whatever you want to do in Florida.
Walking through the front door, you are immediately faced with the feeling of space and luxury. You enter the beautifully furnished lounge where you can begin the evening with pre-dinner drinks before enjoying your meal seated in the formal dining room. The lounge has a full suite of two sofas and matching chair to relax in. There are lamps and occasional tables to complete the setting.This leads through to the family room where you can relax in front of the large colour TV with DVD player. Should you tire of the many American TV stations, there is a selection of board games, DVDs, music and books.

The open plan family room leads to the fabulous fully fitted oak style kitchen and breakfast room. Here you can sit around the table enjoying breakfast, overlooking the private pool. There is a feature island with barstools. The kitchen has every appliance you could need (and more) including large hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge / freezer as well as every utensil you can think of. There is also a fitted garbage disposal system.

The private screened 28 x 14 pool and spa tub overlook the conservation area providing a peaceful haven after a day at the parks or shopping malls. The extended decking together with the table, chairs and sunloungers give you ample space to enjoy the Florida sunshine. For your safety, the pool has a child safety net and the pool and tub can be heated, at a small additional cost. There is also a separate washroom and toilet beside the pool.

Upstairs are 4 bedrooms as well as a further den / living room. The master suite has double doors leading you into a huge suite with stunning four poster king size bed, en-suite bath with separate shower with his and her basins set into a luxurious vanity unit. There is a large walk-in wardrobe. The master suite has telephone, 32" colour TV, and hairdryer. The 2nd bedroom, which is conveniently located on the ground floor, also has a king-size bed, en-suite bath / shower room and hairdryer. This room also has its own colour TV. The 3rd en-suite bedroom has a luxurious queen size bed, bath / shower and colour TV. The 2 twin bedrooms are beautifully finished and each has their own colour TV. One of the twins has been furnished with Mickey Mouse in mind!

The first floor den has comfortable sofas and is equipped with a large colour TV with PS2 and a selection of games, CD Player and occasional tables providing a chilling out space for you or the kids. There is also a computer linked to Broadband for your use.

In addition to the en-suite bathrooms there is a family bathroom with bath / shower. Upstairs you will also find the laundry room fitted with a large washer and a separate tumble dryer.
The large double garage has been usefully set aside to form a games room with pool table, table football, Air Hockey, Electronic Darts and bar table with chess set.
