The villa is fully furnished and is decorated with pictures, greenery and pleasant little touches to make you feel more at home and more welcome in our luxury villa. Green View Villa is open plan with high ceilings, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. We have provided plenty of entertainment for all ages. There are five cable televisions, Playstation 2, DVD, Hi-fi/CD/radio and a selection of books and games for all ages to keep you amused when not visiting theme parks, shopping, playing golf or going to one of many other great places and shows that Orlando has to offer. An internet access point for laptops is provided. The double garage also houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner. The villa has its own private pool (heating optional extra) with underwater lighting and lanai overlooking the 2nd green of the golf course. Florida glass has been added to the pool screen for additional privacy. For relief from the hot tropical sun, our covered lanai with BBQ, patio table and chairs is the place to be. Sun loungers are provided for those wishing to soak up the tropical sun. When the sun goes down subtle lighting makes it ideal for alfresco meals and drinks. The pool is also protected by a safety fence, which is required by state law if children are present, but can be removed for adult only parties. |

The villa overlooks the second green at the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, a gated community 40 minutes from Orlando International airport and less than 20 minutes from Disney. Using the Interstate 4 which runs from the east coast to the west coast all of Central Florida's famous attractions are within easy reach.
Southern Dunes is on the US 27 south of Interstate 4 nestling amongst the orange groves. It is the only community with supermarkets, petrol station, bank, chemists, video hire shops and a variety of restaurants all within walking distance of the villa, just outside the main gate.
