Paradise Villa is nesstled in the fantastic Terra Verde resort, less than 5 miles from Disney, in Kissimmee, Florida.

With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, its own spa, this fully air conditioned Orlando vacation home is pefect for family groups, sleeping up to 8 guests in comfort. Paradise Villa has a spacious family room with comfortable sofa and love-seat, plus a cable TV and DVD player, stereo system, coffee table and occasional table with lamps. The family room opens out onto a sun-drenched, privacy walled deck with pool chairs around a sparkling spa to enjoy as you look out to the lake at the rear. There is a dining area that seats 6 people, kitchen and bar area with 4 bar stools. The kitchen area is fully equipped including microwave and dishwasher. A small utility room houses a washer and a dryer and there is a half bath downstairs also. Upstairs is the Master bedroom with Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom with a double bed and a further twin room, which share the second bathroom. All rooms are equipped with cable TV. There are also two DVD players and two PS2s, upstairs.

The house will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, and will be cleaned again after you depart. There is no maid service provided during your stay. Additional cleans may be arranged for $90 each.

All laundry, towels and pool towels are provided.

Cots and high chairs can be hired at an additional cost.

Paradise Villa is less than a 2 minute walk from the resort clubhouse. Terra Verde is a gated community, so the facilities are exclusive to guests staying there. It has a spacious clubhouse complete with sauna, spa, arcade video games, fitness centre and cyber cafe. You can relax in the sunshine around the sparkling clear resort pool with gazebos and shaded cabanas, luscious landscaping, and confortable deck lounges. If you need to unwind there is a spa with a wonderful water feature running from it down to the pool. If you feel like a bit of exercise Terra Verde has a half court basketball hoop and a beach volleyball court. Next to this is the 'tot-tot' and children's play area, with swings, climbing frame and rock for the more adventurous ones. If this isn't enough, Terra Verde has its own lake beautifully serene and tranquil you can walk around it over the wooden bridge, or why not try a spot of fishing?
