Moo Meadow is a 5 bedroom / 4 bath property which has everything you could need. The upgraded furniture package has quality throughout and Moo Meadow represents superb value because of it. There are TVs and DVDs in every room and a small office space where guests can mix business with pleasure, taking advantage of the free wireless high-speed internet access that this home offers complimentary to all guests. It is not wireless internet, but an ethernet cable is provided. The living area has a 27 inch TV, DVD player and sound system. Colorful furniture and interesting ornaments finish off this impressive home and give it a feeling of real warmth. On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and full en-suite facilities, a seperate dining area and also a Queen size bedroom. There are 3 further bedrooms upstairs, comprising of 1 Queen size bedroom, which has en-suite facilities and two twin rooms, one specially themed for children. Other notable features of Moo Meadow include a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully fitted too, with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and telephone, and you will find all your crockery and cutlery as well as linens and towels supplied for your stay. Sliding patio doors in the family room open onto a covered patio, which features a superb screened in pool and spa. This pool is heated by a gas heater, for which there is an additional charge. However, the heater guarantees warmth all year round and is more efficient than an electric heater. The games room is also well decorated and features a pool table, air hockey table and foosball, as well as cable TV. Moo Meadow has been extremely popular with our clients and given all the features listed above and its fine location, it promises to be just as successful in the future. |

Aviana is a relatively new resort about 11 miles from Walt Disney World in what is becoming one of the best kept secrets in the area. There has been some major development in the Davenport area and with a huge shopping mall being built in the area, and the proximity to all the major highways, any community in this area will be attractive in the near future. Aviana is a relatively small resort which appeals to many, but has the facilities that many bigger resorts have. It is a gated community, manned 24 hours a day and the facilities include a clubhouse with a games room, fitness center, pool and spa, situated over a lake with a walking trail nearby. Aviana is about 25 minutes from Universal, 20 minutes from Sea World, an hour from Kennedy Space Center and just over 15 minutes from Disney World. |
