Welcome to our Villa, our home from home. This luxury Villa is fully air conditioned, seven bedroom home has been designed to accommodate up to 16 guests with room to spare, whether it be an extended family gathering, a business convention or a golfers outing. The capacious living area has been complimented by a wonderful array of fine quality furnishings, carefully selected and supplied through ‘Vanessas’, augmented by their profound yet subtle style of décor.
On the ground floor there is a formal lounge and dining area, a large fitted kitchen stocked with every convenience, with a further dining area, a large family room and fully fitted games room. The first of three luxurious master bedrooms with ensuite is also to be found on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is a sweeping balcony which serves to connect the further two master bedrooms, two queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. For your comfort cooling fans are provided in all bedrooms.
Outside the property enjoys a large landscaped plot, an extended lanai covered deck providing ample space for 8 guests to laze in the sun on the luxury sun-loungers and room for 8 guests to relax or dine in shade. The super size heated swimming pool is complimented by a heated spa.
Entrance Lobby
The large covered entrance lobby with mosaic tiled floor supported by more than ample external lighting offers protection whilst entering the property. For ease of access the property has been fitted with the latest design electronic key pad, no more looking for that key after a long hard day. A Fully monitored alarm syystem with video surveillance has also been installed for our guest's peace of mind.
Formal lounge
Luxuriously light and comfy, cushion clad lounge suite, providing seating for up to six guests complimented by marble topped coffee and side tables. The 3 seat sofa converts easily to a large double bed.
Formal Dining
Beautifully crafted formal dining furniture with an extra large table, designed to accommodate up to 8 guests in comfort with matching wheel back chairs and a complimentary oak server situated beneath the serving hatch to help make the most of the facilities when dining in.
Kitchen
The kitchen is the ‘heart of the home’. It has everything you need to make the most of your holiday, Whether it’s the quality Whirlpool appliances, including a large range Cooker, Microwave, dishwasher and Ice maker fridge or those useful small appliances like the a coffee maker, 4 slice toaster or electric can opener etc.
Every effort has been made to ensure that not only is there ample equipment for 16 guests but also that it is of the highest quality. There is a fabulous heavy weight pan set, 80piece porcelain Dinner set and durable melamine dinner ware set for poolside dining etc Please let us know if we have missed something
Laundry room
For your convenience a washer and dryer are provided along with other household necessities such as a stainless steel steam iron with a large ironing board a powerful vacuum cleaner and even a small handy-vac for those little emergencies.
Nook
The informal dining area off the kitchen benefits from a large slate topped wrought iron framed dining suite. The design of the fashionably tall table along with the ‘Bar stool’ style chairs creates the space for up to 8 guests in comfort. The combined dining facility accommodates up to 16 guests, something of a unique feature but very welcome if you have a full house.
Family room
Our favorite room, ideal for that family get together, sports evening for the lads and dads or simply for relaxing after a busy day at the attractions. From the moment you enter you realize that the family room is a bit special. With it's vaulted ceiling, feature balconies and patio doors off to the pool area. This room is light and airy and is furnished with a sumptuous lounge suite, hewn out of top grain leathers, solid wood and subtle upholstery trim. The main feature is the 52” Phillips LCD Full HD 1080p television with complimentary Phillips home theatre surround sound system. A Play-station 3 is provided for the young at heart, make sure you bring your favorite games to ensure you maximize the experience.
Games room
Professionally installed and decorated , the games room benefits from a superb quality slate bed pool table with turned legs and the convenience of bar lights. Air Hockey and Foosball tables are also provided along with a small card table and stools. There is a HD LCD TV to ensure you don't miss those important games whilst relaxing.
Master Bedroom 1
King size bed with a double pillow top mattress to ensure a good nights sleep after those long days at the attractions Beautifully furnished with a 6 piece whitewash wood finished suite complimented with a designer embroidered bedding set. Large walk in closet. There is a patio door out to the pool area and an ensuite bathroom with garden tub and walk in shower enclosure.

Facilities include: A 32” LCD Full HDTV with built in DVD is provided for those who enjoy watching TV whilst relaxing in bed. Also provided are a phone, powerful hair dryer and clock radio. Stored in the closet is a Graco Disney pack and play along with 2 stair gates provided for those with little ones to take care of. We have also provided a selection of pool toys and Disney character beach towels.
Master Bedroom 2
King size bed with a double pillow top mattress, furnished with a 6 piece antique pine suite and complimented with a designer patchwork bedding set. There is an ensuite bathroom, with bath and shower along with a large walk in closet.
Facilities include: A 32” LCD Full HDTV with built in DVD, hairdryer, clock radio.

Master Bedroom 3
King size bed with a double pillow top mattress, furnished with a 4 piece cherry oak suite and complimented and with a high quality bedding set. There is an ensuite bathroom, with bath and shower along with a large closet.

Queen Bedroom 4

Pool and Spa
The extra large lanai covered, extended deck area, the largest available on Emerald Island, benefits from a covered , fan cooled area with ample seating for up to 8 guests to relax or dine in the shade. The pool area also has 8 luxury padded Wicker Lounge beds so that you can make the most of the Florida sun. The large 28’x14’ heated pool is screened by a safety fence which can easily be removed if not required. The Jacuzzi spa is ideal for winding down after a round of golf or a trip to the mall
To the rear of the pool and deck area there is a large open area suitable for recreational games.
As the property is newly for rent from July 2008 we have tried to provide every conceivable facility. It is our intention to continue to develop our home and welcome your feedback.

Emerald Island
Sorrounded by a conservation area and located in upscale Formosa Gardens, Emerald Island is one of the most prestigious communities in close proximity to Walt Disney World.

Within a mile or so of highway 192, the community is ideally situated for access the Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, the nearby medical facilities and drug store. What's more, it really is only 3 traffic stop Lights from 'World drive'the main entrance to Walt Disney World and just a short drive to other major attractions.
On entering Emerald Island, the palm tree lined boulevard guides you to one of the friendly guards at the gate house, who are there for your safety and convenience. The magnificent 4,000sq ft clubhouse boasts a fitness centre with Sauna, Cyber Cafe with inernet access, Video games room and Gathering room. At Reception there is a concierge service for advice, tickets, dinner reservations, shows and Barb-B Que rental.
Externally there is a large heated pool and spa along with a Tiki bar for that refreshing drink in the afternoon sun.

On site there is 11 acres of conservation for your recreation, with woodland walks, nature trails for walking, jogging and biking. There is a kids play area, Sand volleyball court, Basketball & Tennis

Our home is fully licensed and managed locally thorugh a professional company who provided warm and friendly sevice.
