The second luxury master bedroom also has a full en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, vanity unit & toilet. The further 2 bedrooms - one double and 1 twin share a 3rd full bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet. All the bathrooms have haidryers. All the bedrooms have Cable TV, DVD and Ceiling Fans. The twin bedroom also has an X-Box with games along with several board games All the bedlinen and towels are provided. There is a telephone in the kitchen and the master bedroom. * Free Local, National and International phone calls * * Free Broadband Wireless Internet Access * The family room has large patio doors opening onto the pool and spa area. It is beautifully furnished and has cable TV, DVD and Stereo, along with several films to suit all the family. The fully fitted kitchen has a large cooker, over range microwave, dishwasher, side by side fridge/freezer with water dispenser and icemaker, coffee maker, kettle toaster, all pots, pans and cutlery etc. The separate laundry area has a washer, dryer, iron & ironing board. OUR LARGE GAMES ROOM HAS A POOL TABLE - TABLE TOP FOOTBALL -AIR HOCKEY - BASKETBALL & ELECTRONIC DARTS. It is comfortably furnished with settee, side tables. The pool and spa which is not overlooked at the back is a wonderful way to relax at the end of a busy day. It can be heated for an extra charge of £90 per week. There are 4 sun loungers and an outside dining table and chairs under the large covered lanai allowing you to dine outside whatever the weather. Tuscan Hills is a new prestigious secure gated mediteranian style community less than 5 minutes drive to the famous Highway 192 where you will find, restaurants, shopping and entertainment including - Medieval Times, Helicopter Rides, Adventure Golf, Boat Rides, Kissimmee Old Town, The New Fun Spot and More. Disney Main Gate is only a short 12-15 minutes drive. For your everyday needs there is a New Walmart Superstore less than 5 minutes drive where you can buy almost anything you need 24 hours day or night 7 days a week along with a Publix Supermaket. |
