With 3 Master suites and 2 twin rooms, all of which offer en-suite facilities, you have lots of flexibility for larger families or groups. The villa can accomodate up to 12 guests. Of course we never forget our smaller guests with cots, strollers and high chairs and safety equipment all included.

A Tour of Your Villa
The Location
Silver Creek is a small yet prestigious community located just minutes from Walt Disney World and within 1 mile of the junction of Highway 27 and US 192.
Your Villa
This 5 bedroom 2 storey home has over 2400 square feet of living space (excluding the games room) and has a massive 40 x 30ft south-facing pool deck looking onto a lake and conservation view.
The Family Room
In your spacious open-plan Family Room which adjoins the kitchen there is a 50" High Definition Plasma TV & DVD Home Theater Surround Sound System.
The brand new luxurious designer sofas offers ample seating for your group. The TV is supported by a Digital Cable system with over 300 channels - added to this we have an extensive library of over 90 DVD movies.
For those looking to enjoy their own music during their stay, the Home Theater System also has an iPod Docking Station connected to it. Games console enthusiasts will also delight in the Sony Playstation 3 connected to the 50" High Definition screen.
Your Living Room
The front of the house features a large living room and dining area - this is what we regard as our quieter room and feature an Ipod Docking System Music Centre with built-in radio.
The Kitchen
The kitchen features everything you could possibly need for your vacation including all cooking utensils. The equipment includes Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Electric Kettle, Electric Can Opener, Blender and Toaster. All cutlery and dinnerware and glassware is included for up to 12 guests. There is also an ample supply of plasticware for use on the Pool Deck.
Utility Area
We provide a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience during your stay. All linen and towels are provided.
Master Bedroom 1
Master bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and is a King room which features a large en-suite shower and bathroom - this room also opens out onto the pool deck.
Master Bedroom 2 is also on the ground floor and is a double(full)-bedded room with en-suite shower-room - the shower is double-width with a seating making it ideal for less able guests.
Master Bedroom 3 is on the upper floor and is also a King sized room identical in layout to bedroom 1. This also has a large en-suite shower and bath room.
Twin Rooms 4 and 5
The Twin Rooms are both identical and feature two twin beds in each room. Twin Room 4 has a Nintendo Wii Games Console to keep the kids (and adults) amused when you are not sunning yourself by the pool or walking around the theme parks.
Your Pool & Spa
The family room opens out onto a covered lanai area and then on to the the spa and swimming pool deck to the rear of the house.
The pool can be heated and is larger than most at 30ft x 15ft, giving lots of rooms for all the family. Those looking to relax even further can soak themselves in our luxurious spa.
Having a south-facing pool deck ensures that you have the sun all day, all year round, allowing you to make full use of your villa's facilities whatever time of day.
There are ample sun loungers and chairs as well as an al-fresco dining area under the covered lanai - ideal for those look to chill-out with a nice cool glass of wine. The covered lanai even features a ceiling fan to help you cool off.
The pool deck itself looks onto a wonderful lake and conservation view - you can relax and just watch the wildlife go by.
Games Room
Our brand new games room includes a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table Tennis, Table Football and Electronic Darts - so plenty to keep the kids (and adults) amused. Don't forget the Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii which is at your disposal as well.

Internet Access
The entire house also benefits from Fast WiFi 7Mbps Internet access which also extends out onto our decking area. Those who don't wish to travel with a laptop computer can also access the Internet here with the supplied wireless keyboard which allows browsing of the Internet via the Playstation 3's built-in Internet browser.
Free Telephone Calls - including International
For the convenience of our guests we provide free local national and international telephone calls - the main telephone also has a built-in digital answering machine.
Childrens Equipment
For those smaller guests we include foldaway cribs, high chairs, strollers and safety gates. For your comfort ans security our pool is protected by a child safety fence.
