The DINING room provides seating for more formal eating. The KITCHEN is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar with stools. The large MASTER BEDROOM SUITE has a King Sized bed and patio doors leading on to the pool deck. There is a TV and en-suite facilities including his & hers vanity units, a large shower, bath and separate WC. There is a built in WASHING MACHINE and TUMBLE DRYER, IRON & BOARD and a TELEPHONE for free local calls. The ground floor also boasts a pool/billiards table and separate WC.

POOL AREA:
Features a large screened Pool with extended deck for all around sunbathing and has sun until mid to late afternoon. Loungers and pool towels are provided for your comfort. There is also an informal dining area and separate WC and shower. Outside the screen is a landscaped patio area for serious sunbathing and wildlife observation.
SECOND FLOOR:
Features a second MASTER SUITE with Queen Sized bed, TV and en-suite facilities. Patio doors lead onto a large sunbathing/viewing balcony with sun loungers, with views overlooking the nature conservation area. There are also 2 TWIN BEDDED rooms, one themed in Disney style with large TV/DVD player, which share a FAMILY BATHROOM with full facilities.
