The Great Room:
This is a large light room with patio doors giving access to the pool and deck area. It is furnished with large comfortable 3-seater and 2-seater sofas, cable TV, DVD and has excellent views of the pool area.

A ceiling fan is provided to compliment the A/C. There is an array of books and DVD's(including children's) for you to enjoy as well as plenty of family games. There is also a CD player and some CD’s for your enjoyment.

The Family Room:
Has cable TV, games console and a selection of games. The games console also doubles up as a DVD player together with some films to watch.

The room is furnished to a high standard with large comfortable sofas. The room is ideal for some quiet time reading, planning a day's activities such as which park to visit next, or as a play area/room for the children.

The Kitchen:
Isopen plan and fully fitted with a large storage larder and many modern appliances: dishwasher,microwave, waste disposal, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, bagel/regular toaster, blender, electric can opener plus cupboards fully laden with crockery, glasses, plastic pool ware, cutlery and cooking utensils.

The Dining Room:
with a large table and six chairs an excellent place for formal dining.

The Breakfast Nook:
comfortably seats four and provides the perfect place for breakfast with views over the pool.

Master Suite:
The Master Bedroom is luxuriously furnished with a beautiful King size bed, side tables and a large dresser with mirror. The room is equipped with a cable TV, radio clock alarm, ceiling fan and side lamps. Patio doors from the bedroom give a great view of the pool area.

Leading from the master suite is an inner lobby through which there is a large walk-in closet and a superbly sized en-suite bathroom, comprising large roman tub, separate double walk-in shower, 'his' and 'hers' vanity sink units with cupboards beneath and a separate toilet.

Guest Suite:
Incorporating a queen size bed, double closet, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with touch lamps, cable TV and ceiling fan. En-suite with large oversize shower WC and basin with door leading to the pool area. A hairdryer is also available for your use.

Twin Rooms :
The two twin rooms are accessed via an inner hall from the great room, each has twin beds, both have smart furniture, double wardrobes and ample drawer space.

The twin rooms are divided by a third themed bathroom which comprises a vanity unit and bath with overhead shower. Bed linen and all towels are provided (including pool towels) and hairdryers can be found in all the bathrooms.

Pool, Spa, Deck and Lanai :
The 28ft X 15ft oversized pool has an extended deck area that offers plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing on sunny days.
The relaxing spa can comfortably host 4 people. With plenty of bubbles to help sooth those theme park ache's away.
Two outdoor fans are situated under the shade of the large lanai to give cooling breezes. Pool towels are provided. The pool has a south facing aspect that is sun drenched from early morning to late evening.
The spacious patio area is equipped with tables, high quality padded chairs and sun loungers. The pool can be heated upon guest request; this needs to be booked and is charged for separately.
