SANDY VILLA At Sandy Ridge Sandy Villa is an executive 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, located on the quiet, rural development of Sandy Ridge. Ideally located for Disney theme parks (approx 10 miles) and all the other major theme parks and tourist attractions, plus of course Golf.

Our villa is located on large plot with conservation woodland views to the side and rear, the pool and deck are west facing giving great exposure to the sun. After a busy day in the parks this is the ideal lactation to come to home to and relax. Inside we have a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities you would expect, together with laundry faculties in the garage.

All the furnishings have been individually chosen for a quality homely feel. Our beautiful family lounge has two sofas and an arm chair to relax on and large 32” screen TV. With VCR, DVD and Playstation games consol & games. There is formal dining table and a further breakfast table and bar with stools in the kitchen. To ensure the adults can unwind we have games room with Pool / Billiards table, Air Hockey and darts board. Plus of course the Playstation 2 games console.

***Please note our villa accomodates 10 people maximum*** Two master Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms ( ideal for 2 families) Our 1st master boast a King size bed, walk in wardrobe and bedside units and chest of drawers. Whilst the 2nd master has a Queen size bed, built in wardrobe, bedside units and drawers. The two further bedrooms have twin beds, bedside units and built in wardrobes both share the third bathroom. The 5th Queens size bed room has built in wardrobe and chests of drawers. All rooms have cable TV and there is a HI Fi in the lounge, VCR, DVD player and Playstation games console are also provided.

The villa is fully air conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans to help keep you cool in the summer. Access to the deck and pool is from the 3rd bathroom or lounge via patio doors. The curved shaped pool is 28’ x 14’ and has a separate Spa /Jacuzzi, fantastic for relaxing after a busy day. There are padded sun loungers for some sun worshiping and a covered Lanai with fan and table and chairs ideal for ‘Alfresco’ dining. During the cooler months there is of course a heater for the pool & spa. (At additional cost)

For Golf fanatics Champions Gate which boasts two golf courses designed by Greg Norman and the David Leadbetter golf academy is only 5 mins. drive away, 15+ golf courses are located within 10 miles of Sandy Ridge.

Supermarkets, drug store and retausrants are all within easy reach.
