Come and share the delights we have to offer. Palm Spring Villa is a beautiful, family owned property located in Glenbrook, just off Highway 27, one of the most desirable locations in the Orlando/Disney Area.
Our spacious single story Florida home has been tastefully furnished to high specification with selections made by an interior designer for perfect colour co-ordination in every room.
There are 2 LARGE SITTING ROOMS, one overlooking the pool and patio area with a large mirrored wall making it a very light and airy place to relax. One sofa in this room is extendable as a sofa bed. The second lounge is at the front end of the property which makes it an ideal proposition for two families sharing, if they are engaged in different activities. Both have tastefully extended dining areas, being within easy reach of the kitchen. There is cable television, DVD and a CD player.
The KITCHEN has a seated breakfast area and is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, ice maker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker all of modern design. Tableware is also plentiful along with non breakable items for patio/deck use.
There are 4 DOUBLE BEDROOMS, These are King and Queen master ensuite. The further two bedrooms have twin beds in each and access to a further family bathroom, giving a total of 3 BATHROOMS. TVs are present in all bedrooms and large wall cupboards.
There is a POOL at the rear of the property with spa (Jacuzzi) at its furthest end. A large extended DECK/PATIO allows the keen sun worshipper plenty of Florida sunshine, being equipped with high quality pool side furniture. We consider safety to be paramount so there is a detachable child safety barrier enclosing the pool and spa. For added effect, the pool and deck can be illuminated at night. A Gas BBQ is situated in one corner of the patio to accommodate el fresco lovers.
A GAMES ROOM/ with table tennis and darts facility is for resident use if required which connects by an integral door to a utility room and the rest of the house. The UTILITY ROOM is fully equipped with a large washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. |

ADDITIONAL FEATURES include a burglar alarm, safe deposit box and smoke detectors. Local telephone calls are free. All linen, house and pool towels (excluding beach towels) are provided. There is also a travel cot and high chair should these be required. GLENBROOK CLUB HOUSE FACILITIES Besides having exclusive use of this private villa, guests can also access complimentary resort facilities all within a 5 minute walk if desired. These include tennis and volleyball courts, gym room and swimming pool with fountain. A clubhouse has a large screen TV, computer and wireless internet connection. The club games room has pool and air hockey tables. LOCAL SURROUNDING AREA There is so much to do and see within a short car journey. Florida boasts an abundance of lakes and golf courses, some of which are also accessible within a 5 minute journey. Theme parks are plentiful and traveling time varies between 10 - 45 minutes with Disney World being the closest. Open unspoilt countryside, cycle trails, gardens, water sports, museums and nature reserves can be reached by car in 10-30 minutes and beaches at either coast in approximately 1 hour. Within a 5 minute car journey are essential amenities such as pharmacies, banks, supermarkets including Walmart, Winndixie and Publix, post office hairdressers and restaurants. Shopping Malls can be located on the major highways. |
