The Living Space

The living space is spread over two large open plan rooms with high vaulted ceilings, a large open kitchen is complimented with built in electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and full fridge/freezer offering our guests spacious living at its best.

The villa is a 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom home suitable for couples, large families, two families sharing their accommodation and equally comfortable for guests requiring disabled access throughout.

The property comfortably sleeps 8 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom and ensuite, double bed in the second bedroom and ensuite, two single beds in the third and two single beds in the fourth bedroom sharing a third bathroom.

A pull out sofa/bed is in the lounge offering additional sleeping provision for two persons.

 The pool is south facing with 365 days of sunshine on offer, during those cooler months from October thro April the pool can be heated on your request at a nominal fee. The pool is 12ft(3.2mts)x 28ft(9mts)approx with plenty of play space for the family.

The pooldeck is private having landscaped views out over the tees of the 4th fairway of the Southern Dunes golf course, so you benefit from its open aspect with seclusion and privacy.
