This villa is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in all the bedrooms (sleeps 8-10 and 1 cot/crib for a toddler). Leather sectional 7 seat sofa with recliner.There is a 54 inch TV with DVD multichanger and numerous films(dvd's)in the family room, all with home theatre surround sound also a large screen TV in the master bedroom all with multi channel cable, "we have installed a computer with colour printer and LCD monitor with full road -runner free internet access, we have now added an x-box complete with 2 games controllers & 3 games all wired into the surround sound of the tv.Air con in games room with full-size pool table, electronic darts, foosball & cable tv. We have a fully equipped Kitchen Including micro-wave,washer and drier. The 30'x15'private pool, fully screened,with a large patio area to accommodate 6 sun loungers and 4 chairs all with luxury cushions.External fan for comfort on those balmy days 2 patio tables with 4 extra chairs. mains Gas Bar-B-Que (Pool heat is available POA). We are not over looked at the rear,in fact we back on to the superb MYSTIC DUNES GOLF COURSE, If you are a golfer this course is a must.
