Welcome to Our Villa a fabulous light and airy spacious villa located on the Gated Community Marbella at Davenport. Situated in a quiet conservation area Marbella is located directly off of US Highway 27 only 25 minutes from Orlando Airport and a maximum of 15 minutes to the Disney Parks. Excellent transport links Interstate 4 US192 and US27 enable you to reach all of Orlando's famous tourist destinations. Our villa is close to two major supermarkets, a 24 hour pharmacy and a variety of shops and restaurants. Great location for the new Posner Leisure and Retail park where departments stores such as Target Michaels and J C Penney have recently opened.Posner will later house Cinemas, Bowling facilities, Bars and Restaurants. For keen golfers we are close to a variety courses including Ridgewell Lakes, Southern Dunes and Greg Norman's Championship Gate.

The home is decorated and furnished to a very high standard using cool colours and gets its name by the distinct animal theme running throughout. It has some wonderful animal wall pictures and ethnic style ornaments and green plants. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are en-suites with both shower and bath. The third is a double and the fourth twin bedded these rooms share a large bathroom. Fully airconditioned throughout with additional ceiling fans fitted to the master bedroom and living area. All of the bedrooms have TV's with combined DVD players, nightstands, chest of drawers, radio alarms and ample storage facilities.Both master sites have walk in closets, one housing a safe (free to use) and one ensuite has patio doors giving views and direct access to our pool and deck area.

Our home is tastefully furnished and has a comfortable family room with multi channel cable tv, dvd player, selection of films and cd player.  The family room leads to the kitchen and dining area which is equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, toaster,kettle and coffee maker. All cutlery, crockery, glasses and linens are provided. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner and ironing board. At the front of the house is another quiet lounge area which can be used for reading, formal dining or simply to escape on of the villas many tv's.

Serengeti Plains has both a South facing private pool ideal for an early morning swim or simply for relaxing. Being South facing the pool and deck area get the benefit of the sun from early morning through to the evening which makes it and ideal place for outdoor dining. Loungers and patio furniture are provided for your comfort. The pool and jacuzzi can be heated in the winter months if required. Sit back with a cool drink and enjoy the amazing sunsets or watch the wild birds feeding.

For our younger guests we have a gamesroom with 16 in 1 multi games table, basketball hoop game, elecronic darts and a selection of jigsaws.  The villa is equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable stay and we are confident you will not be disappointed.
