There is ample patio furniture and the LANAI also provides a shady area to eat meals al fresco or relax with an evening drink and watch the sun set. For the safety of children the outside deck area is equipped with a pool guard. The spacious LIVING ROOM with its double-height cathedral ceiling is a real showpiece. It has a ceiling fan and patio doors looking over the pool area and lake beyond. A large screen cable TV with DVD/VCR is installed in the lounge, together with a cassette/CD player. There is also a Playstation 2 and a selection of games, books and music for you to enjoy. The GAMES ROOM has a 8’ Pool table, Air Hockey and Football Table, providing hours of fun!! The KITCHEN is fully equipped and will more than cater for all your needs. It has a Breakfast Nook with table and chairs and breakfast bar with further seating. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in a separate UTILITY ROOM. All linen and towels are provided. A separate formal DINING AREA with a stunning column support glass table will seat six people. Should you wish to escape somewhere quieter there's a second LOUNGE AREA with double sleeper sofa and a large glass coffee table. The upstairs DEN AREA has a sofa, coffee table and reading lamp, providing an ideal location for quiet relaxation or to use the WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET. The MASTER BEDROOM is the ultimate in privacy and luxury. It is fully furnished with a King-size mahogany slay bed and has patio doors leading onto its own private BALCONY overlooking the pool and lake beyond. The luxurious EN-SUITE has two single bowl vanity units, a separate toilet, a large roman bath, a huge walk-in shower cubicle and two large walk-in closets. MASTER BEDROOM 2 on the ground floor is fully furnished with a Queen-size feature bed. Patio doors running the length of the room give you personal access to the deck and pool area. It has an EN-SUITE BATHROOM with an annexed door. A hairdryer, radio alarm clock and remote control television are available in both master bedrooms. The DOUBLE BEDROOM 3, has a luxurious teak Queen-size feature bed. It is also equipped with its own remote control TV and is fully furnished to a very high standard. BEDROOMS 4 & 5 are twins and one has a Disney theme and the other a Sports theme, for the kids or young at heart!! |
