Breakfast bar with bar stools and a breakfast nook, overlooking the pool area, with table and 4 chairs. Outside, there is a covered lanai (patio) with patio furniture and extended L shaped pool measuring 20ft x 24ft x 10ft max. Spa and underwater lighting.
