Our lovely house is perfectly located on the exclusive Emerald Island Resort, a gated community, less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida and close to the other Orlando attractions. With 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this elegant and spacious vacation home is perfect for family groups, and sleeps up to 14 guests.
Our home has a spacious family room to relax in together during the day or evening, with luxurious furnishings, sumptuous sofas, a large screen cable TV and DVD Player, plus a stereo system - so you can watch your favorite movie, or listen to the music that you love (you'll have to bring it!). There's also a separate lounge area providing extra space, and the perfect place for the kids to play or read quietly, and a "loft" area with desk, sofa and cable TV with DVD.
Step outside from the family room, and enjoy the Floridian sunshine as you have fun together in our sparkling, crystal clear pool. When you want to relax, sit in the soothing bubbles of the raised spa pool, and let the sound of the waterfall relax you. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.
The spacious kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could possibly want to prepare a family feast or a quick snack. Let the family eat together in our separate dining area, or choose to snack in the breakfast nook off the kitchen.
If its too hot outdoors - step inside and enjoy some family time in the games room. There's lots of fun to be had with an 8-ft slate pool table, air-hockey table, electronic dart board and basketball game.
Sleeping accommodation at Emerald Island Haven includes two master bedroom suites, one downstairs with a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, mirrored dresser, cable TV/DVD, closet space, plus a private master bathroom with vanity basins, walk-in shower and toilet. A second master bedroom suite provides a further king-size bed with nightstands, dresser and cable TV, plus an en-suite bathroom with vanity basin, bath/shower and toilet. Bedrooms three and four each enjoy a queen-size bed and all comforts, with adjacent bathroom. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each perfect for the kids or young at heart with twin beds in each, plus nightstand, dresser and lots of closet space, with nearby family bathroom. Finally, the sofa in the loft room can be converted to a queen-size sleeper if required.
There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities and our home also offers telephone with FREE local, long distance and international telephone calls. |

The 4,000 square foot club house at Emerald Island provides high speed internet access with a number of computer terminals available for guests use. You can stay in shape or tone up your muscles in the state-of-the-art fitness room, or choose to sun yourself, or sip a drink from the bar, as you meet other guests around the heated community pool and spa. Kids of all ages will want to play at the video arcade while you lie out by the large sparkling swimming pool and watch the little ones have a ball in the splash area tot lot. There's even a sundry shop if you run short of sun block or need a drink and a snack! Free onsite outdoor activities include tennis, basketball, volleyball, childrens play area and picnic/BBQ ares. There is a concierge service for tickets, dinner reservations, details of shows and local attraction shuttle service bookings. Emerald Island Resort is ideally located for fantastic vacations on Disney's doorstep, with some of the best shops and restaurants just a couple of minutes away. For golfers there are more than FIFTY GOLF COURSES within minutes of the villa. |
