New for May 2009 --- Our Villa is a stunning & spacious 3,000 square foot home with a private pool and games room, located in the heart of the exclusive Emerald Island resort. It sleeps 14 people comfortably - all bedrooms are beautifully decorated with quality furniture, window treatment, new bedding, and 100% cotton sheets. The layout of the house is ideal for 2-3 families traveling together, family celebrations and reunions.
MAIN FLOOR
The main floor is decorated with beautiful terracotta curtains and cornice boards, all professionally installed to showcase the quality furniture and art work. Upon entering the Villa, you are stepping into a sunny (south-facing)and stylish home that contains all-new furniture, appliances and modern amenities.
Living Room
The formal sitting area is tastefully furnished and decorated in the terracotta theme.
Dining Room
This intimate space contains built-in shelves with a selection of our favourite vases and collectibles. The dark wood dining room table seats 6 people comfortably.
Family Room
Towards the back of the house is the heart of the Villa. This is a large informal sitting area with ultra-high ceilings, large windows and patio doors that let in plenty of the Orlando sunshine. Furnished with a large faux leather sectional sofa, coordinating tables, and modern art canvasses, the family room is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy our 50” plasma TV, DVD and surround sound system. The family room opens up to an impressive kitchen and eat-in nook.
Kitchen
The kitchen area is open concept - highly functional and spacious. It is the ideal setting for quick meals and social gatherings. The kitchen contains all new appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, and microwave) and all new dinnerware, glassware, and flatware for 20.
Eat-In Nook
The large nook in the kitchen area seats up to 8 people on dark bar chairs and stools. From the nook area, there are patio doors which lead to the outdoor pool area.
Master Bedroom & En-suite #1
This master bedroom is supremely spacious and tastefully furnished in the terracotta and deep chocolate theme. The king bed, dresser and side tables have a rich merlot finish. There is a 32” inch flat-screen TV and a large walk-in closet. The en-suite has a large corner tub, double-sink vanity unit, enclosed shower stall, and WC. This is truly a deluxe and serene room to relax and reconnect.
Private Pool & Spa
The private pool in the back of the Villa has an extended deck area that is the full length of the home. There is also a Jacuzzi/spa for adult guests to enjoy. This area contains a conversation patio set, ample patio chairs, and sun loungers for all guests’ enjoyment.
Laundry Room
Fully-equipped with a washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and laundry hampers. A half bathroom is located on the opposite side.
Games Room
Unwind playing pool, foosball or a game of darts!
UPSTAIRS
The 2nd floor consists of 6 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedding, pillows and towels are provided; bed sheets are 100% cotton, 300 thread-count for supreme comfort.
Master Bedroom En-suite #2
This room is tastefully decorated in a rich brown and teal blue theme, with a king bed, luxurious curtains, and 20” flat-screen TV. Just off the bedroom is a large walk-in closet and private 3-piece bathroom, decorated in the same rich brown theme.
