Fish one of the many lakes, take a trip to the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico which are both within an hour’s drive and chill on the beach or walk the endless sands, dine in style at the Gaylord palms hotel or shop in the many malls or designer outlets – it is all on your villas doorstep!

As you pass the cascading fountains, cross the photogenic water bridge, enter through the private gates, you will leave your world behind & feel the harmony that living close to nature brings. This fabulous room overlooks the pool with lake view; lavishly furnished with designer “Cindy Crawford” furnishings for your enjoyment. 42” plasma HDTV with vast array of cable channels and DVD player with large selection of DVD’s.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar, marble worktops, garbage disposal, American fridge (big enough to live in) which offers a choice of crushed or cubed ice and has an incorporated water filter giving endless free filtered water. All the quality internal and external dishes and utensils you will ever need with ample cupboards and a walk in larder. Kettle,blender,stove,microwave,toaster,coffee maker etc etc!!
Our elegant softly lit dining area is located to the front and provides the perfect place to dine overlooking the pool and lake. Once dinner is over, take a few steps out and relax by your own private illuminated pool under the stars – the pool area is fully screened so there are no bugs to ruin your evening!
The SOUTH FACING pool can be heated if you wish through the winter months and incorporates a powerful Jacuzzi to die for! Float in the 30’ pool watching the eagles soar or sit on the deck and watch the endless entertainment brought by the resident geese or cranes – there is always something to see: In March, we actually watched the shuttle launch from the front of our house (not literally) an awesome spectacle! So keep your eye on the shuttle launch dates.
There is an outside kitchen area which includes a gas BBQ with rotisserie and adjoining sink. Ample pool furniture to enjoy those days or evenings by the pool; there is also an adjoining loo and outside shower for your convenience.
Our huge games room is fabulous fun for all ages and includes:

Master bedroom 1: Luxurious but informal in the Caribbean style with queen sized bed and “Cindy Crawford” Key West bamboo furnishings. A totally relaxing haven with walk in dressing room and impressive ensuite bathroom with spacious walk in shower. In front of the window, there is a seating area to relax with a book overlooking the attractive palm treed street. Big plasma TV with cable connection and DVD player.
Master bedroom 2: Elegant beautifully furnished room also to the front overshadowed by palms giving a true sense of calm; the feeling of waking up to the sun and palms is a feeling hard to beat! The Ensuite bathroom has a bath & shower. Large plasma HDTV cable connection and DVD player, queen sized bed with Sealy mattress (in all bedrooms) for a perfect night sleep!
Twin room: cheerily decorated with the younger members of the party in mind but suitable for all ages. Rear facing over the lake: waken up to the sound of the geese as they go about their business. Ensuite bathroom with bath & shower; cable connected plasma HDTV and incorporated DVD.
Bedroom 4/quiet room:**SOFA BED** located downstairs and used by us as a second living room (there are just two of us); peaceful, private room away from it all where you can relax without a TV. Ensuite bathroom with bath & shower, queen sized sofa bed which is an absolute breeze to make.
Office: Our office area is located in the top hall and includes a desk and chair with free broadband access which emits wirelessly throughout your villa and pool areas. Bring your laptop to catch up with friends or work – if you prefer, you can access computers at the clubhouse which offers all business facilities.
