Our luxurious 4 bed 4 bath two-story pool home is within walking distance of the clubhouse and just a very short drive to the brand new 5 acre state-of-the-art water park featured above. This elegant professionally decorated villa is sure to suit the most discerning traveler.
Treat yourself to the amenities of the famous Reunion Resort with the privacy and comfort of your own private pool and just minutes from the world-famous attractions of Central Florida.
This elegant, air conditioned 4 Bedroom & 4 Bathroom home sleeps up to 8 guests. The home includes a King master bedroom with ensuite, 2 Queen master bedroom with ensuite and additional twin room with ensuite. There is a washer & dryer and a full kitchen with pantry, living room and balcony off the master bedroom with rocking chairs for late night star gazing. This home is smoke free and pet free. All necessary cooking and eating utensils are provided. There are 20" cable TVs in each of the bedrooms and a 55" plasma TV in the general living area
When you aren’t enjoying the sites of Orlando, you’ll find plenty to do in the 2,300 acres that comprise Ginn Reunion. If you don’t feel like enjoying the water parks of Orlando, you can spend the day in the five and a half acre water and swimming pavilion located on the premises. You’ll also enjoy the fully staffed spa and fitness center to ensure that you remain relaxed as well as in shape.
Water Park
Reunion also features a stunning 5 acre water park, Float down the lazy river, ride down twisting water slides, and take a stroll on the wooden boardwalk. Pair that with full food and beverage service, colorful tropical landscaping, both sunny and shaded lounge areas, and you have something to please kids of all ages. And don't miss great family activities scheduled Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Kids Crew adjacent to the Water Park

Reunion Resort is home to several top class restaurants and bars, all with their own unique personalities, including the luxurious Forte restaurant, a chic contemporary chophouse,The Cove at Seven Eagles brings island flavor to the Seven Eagles Pool Pavilion at Reunion® Resort. Our Caribbean inspired menu and refreshing smoothies will soothe even the most particular poolside appetite.
Overlooking the Seven Eagles Pool Pavilion and the Palmer Legacy™ course, the Cove offers a menu of sandwiches, salads, snacks, and smoothies all with the flair of the islands, as well as a full bar with daily happy hour specials.
No matter what your preferred dining is Reunion has plenty of choice on offer to fit the bill, such as Eleven, the sophisticated rooftop lounge specializing in new world cuisine, and the Grande Lobby Bar, which is the perfect setting for an evening cocktail. Or why not choose the diner that fits your activity, with a full service running at the water park, or take a break from golfing at the relaxing Clubhouse Restaurant just off the resort?s Watson Independence course. Children?s menus are readily available, and children under eight can eat for free in selected restaurants.
The Reunion Resort operates a NO CASH system when using the facilities, the charges are made against the home owners house account, you will be required to fill out a credit card authorisation form upon reservation which will be held until check out. The amount due can be paid by this method, direct to the Orlando4Villas to cover the expences you have charged to the house account. Use of the water park and lazy river are included in the temporary membership, however if using other facilities such as golf, hotel treatments, hotel services there will be subsequent charges made
A $500.00 per week booked security deposit is payable which will be held and refunded within 14 days of departure subject to check out inspection. |
