Our Paradise Palms house is a luxurious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom town house located in the Paradise Palms Resort. The house has been designed tastfully decorated and can accommodate 11 guests with ease. There is small pool to the rear of the property with two parking spaces to the front. There is complementary WIFI throughout the house with FREE local calls included.
GROUND FLOOR
LIVING AREA
A large informal sitting area, over looking the pool and decking area outside. The family room is open plan to the Kitchen, Dining area and Lounge. This is the ideal area to sit relax and watch our large flat screen TV with 5.1 surround sound system, DVD, CD and cable TV. There is also DVD’s for the use of our guests. The room has a large sofa bed, 2 large comfortable chairs, coffe table and 4 ottomans.
KITCHEN
Our well equipped modern kitchen contains every thing you will need for you stay from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer with built in ice and chilled water dispenser along with all the other essentials such as cutlery, crockery, glassware and full set of utensils. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 5 chairs.
POOL
Our small pool has 2 luxury sun loungers and is complemented by the seating area with 4 chairs and a table, the perfect spot to relax and refresh yourselves after a long day in the parks. The external area is fully screened and has a safety fence for children separating the pool from the decking area.
DINING AREA
Located just off the kitchen and family room our dining area contains a square table with seating for 6 people.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Well equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and located on the landing of the upper floor.
BATHROOM 2
Located to the front of the house, this doubles as the ensuite bathroom for bedroom 2 as well as the WC for the ground floor.
MASTER BEDROOM 1
A huge luxurious king size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished and decorated room. Our master bedroom also boasts a LCD flat screen TV with cable TV and DVD / CD player, clock radio, bedside telephone and a large walk-in closet. This bedroom is located on the upper floor to the front of the house.
MASTER ENSUITE BATHROOM 1
A stunning spacious bathroom with double vanity unit, bath tub, shower, seperate WC and hair dryer.
MASTER BEDROOM 2
A huge luxurious king size bed sets the tone for this beautifully furnished and decorated room. Our 2nd master bedroom also boasts a LCD flat screen TV with cable TV and a large built in wardrobe and is located on the ground floor to the front of the building.

A bathroom with vanity unit, shower, WC and hair dryer.
BEDROOM 3
A luxurious queen size bed sets the tone for this luxurious furnished and decorated room. Our 3rd bedroom also boasts a LCD flat screen TV with cable TV and a large built in wardrobe and is located to the rear of the property.
BATHROOM 3
A bathroom with a double vanity unit, shower, WC and hair dryer shared between bedrooms 3 & 4.
BEDROOM 4
This bedroom consists of a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed over the top. Our 4th bedroom also boasts a flat screen TV with cable TV and DVD player.
